
Return and refund policy
We try to be fair and accurate with all products and descriptions. Please read descriptions carefully or contact us before making any purchases.
- Items returned for a refund must be received within 30 days in their original packaging and not used. If a customer changes their mind and chooses to return an item, postage costs and transaction fees (e.g. PayPal fee 2%, credit card surcharge 1.5%) are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the item cost only, and the customer is responsible for all return and redelivery postage
- If the item you are returning was sold with free shipping and no PayPal or credit card surcharge, the original freight and transaction fees we incurred (e.g. PayPal fee 2%, credit card surcharge 1.5%) will be deducted from your refund.
- The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and, within 14 days, notify the Seller in writing of any evident defect, damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. Any other alleged defect must be reported to the Seller as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes evident. Upon such notification, the Buyer must allow the Seller reasonable access to inspect the Goods. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, and all postage costs will be covered by us.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and securely boxed to prevent damage. Failure to do so may void the refund.
- We do not offer exchanges and only accept returns for a refund. For new products, please place a separate order.
