Delivery FAQ

  • Item will be shipped immediately on the same (cut-off time 8am except peak time) or next business day after receiving full payment. We deliver using Australia post eparcel and other appropriate methods, transit insurance is normally included for your peace of mind unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • A contact number is required to be included in full address.

Pick up is welcome and please choose pickup option in checkout,  we will email you (completed email) once they are ready to go, and it is usually ready to  pick up by next business day after 10am.

Purchase from our warehouse is welcome, we are opened Monday- Friday, 9am to 12pm,  2pm to 5pm.

Yes we do offer australian post express post service, you can choose it in checkout page.

There is no guaranteed for overnight express post, although we do send out parcels on time, there is still 1 out of 20 parcels were not delivered overnight for express post which beyond our control, delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions,

95% of the orders will be shipped next business day after receiving full payment, deliveries typically occur within:

– 2-4 days to NSW Metro, VIC Metro, SA Metro, and QLD Metro.

– 4-7 days to VIC Rural, NSW Rural, SA Rural.

– 5-6 days to WA Metro, TAS Metro.

– 7-9 days to WA Rural, QLD Rural, TAS Rural, and NT.

Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.

If you have not received your order within the specified time frame, please email us and our staff will be happy to lodge an investigation with the courier company on your behalf to track down your parcel. 

Please note: The investigation process can take up to 10 days to resolve. Once our team receives an outcome from the courier company we’ll be in contact with you immediately with a resolution.

Return & Refund FAQ

We try to be fair and accurate with all products and descriptions. Please read descriptions carefully or contact us before making any purchases.

  1. Items return for refund must be returned within 30 days with original package. If customer changes mind and chooses to return item, postage and fee (eg paypal fee 2%, credit card surcharge 1.5%) not refundable and refund is given for the cost of item only, customer is responsible for return and redelivery postage.
  2. If the item you are returning was sold to you with free shipping and free paypal fee/credit card surcharge , the original freight and fee (eg paypal fee 2%, credit card surcharge 1.5%) cost that we were charged but did not pass on at the time of your order, will be deducted from your refund.
  3. If item is faulty, we will resend the replacement or issue the refund, postage is on us.
  4. Item returned must be in its original condition and package, and need to be boxed to avoid damaged, otherwise refund may void.

If you have already email us for a return request, you will be contacted soon with more information about your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) request. Our Team will provide you with more information within 1 business days, please keep an eye on your email inbox (or junk mail box) for updates from them, Please note that any items returned to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Has your RMA been approved and you have already returned your item/s?

After your RMA is approved and your item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our Returns and Warranty Team and they will be in contact to advise you of the outcome.

We ask that you allow 5-7 business days from the date that we receive your return parcel from Australia Post, for the inspection to be completed.

Product and order process FAQ

We recommend customer choose carefully before payment, We’re really quick at packing your order.

  1. If order was placed before 10am (business day), please contact us to see if the order has been dispatched or not,  there is no guarantee we can change or cancel your order if your order is sent.
  2. If order was placed after 10am (business day),  please contact us to change order or cancel order,  if you are not responsed by email in 3 hours please call us directly and have your order number ready.
  3.  For all orders changed or cancelled, the original fee (eg paypal fee 2%, credit card surcharge 1.5%) cost that we were charged but did not pass on at the time of your order, will be deducted from your refund.

Igrab.com.au offers warranty against defects in finishes, materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. We cannot be liable if the products are subject to:

  • Improper or lack of maintenance, eg harsh or corrosive cleaning products
  • Incorrect installation or failure to follow instructions.
  • Use of a product for which it was not designed, exposure to weather and/or environmental conditions exceeding reasonable or otherwise specified environmental tolerances, including, but not limited to, coastal environments, high humidity rainfall and wind, it’s important to acknowledge that this also extends to all products utilised externally.
  • It’s important to highlight that products made of brass/gold and zinc diecast are not advisable for coastal areas, and any damages to their finishes are not included in this warranty.
  • This warranty excludes coverage for labor costs, personal losses, economic, consequential, or property damages of any nature.
  • The warranty explicitly excludes coverage for any damages incurred through the commercial use of Cabinetware, Doorware, or General Hardware products. Approved Models are intended solely for domestic, personal use.
  • Our solid brass handle coated with high grade lacquer, due to the natural property of the brass material even these have some limitations and may alter over time and with varying amounts of use, the brass handle cannot be guaranteed unconditionally, Enjoy the charm of brass handle natural beauty and the unique ageing over time.
