▪We accept direct bank transfer (bank details will turn up after checkout), PayPal,  VISA , Mastercard.

▪For paypal and credit card payment, please select PAYPAL as payment option in checkout page,  then it will be direct to paypal website and there are options to pay by paypal or credit card,  you do not need to be a paypal user to pay by credit card.

Shipping Policy

▪ Item will be shipped immediately on the same (cut-off time 3pm) or next business day after receiving full payment. We deliver using Australia post eparcel and other appropriate methods, transit insurance is normally included for your peace of mind unless specifically stated otherwise.

▪ For international shipping please contact us for details (This website do not handle international  order)

▪ A contact number is strongly recommended to be included in full address.

▪ Pick up is welcome and upon appointment only.

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1 business day for our team to prepare your order for collection by Australia Post, Delivery times are estimates only as provided by Australia Post and may be affected by external factors beyond our control. Please allow 1 extra business day from the date of placing your order for your goods to be shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on the your postcode, you can also choose *express post for urgent order.

95% of the orders will be shipped next business day after receiving full payment, deliveries typically occur within:

– 2-4 days to NSW Metro, VIC Metro, SA Metro, and QLD Metro.

– 4-7 days to VIC Rural, NSW Rural, SA Rural.

– 5-6 days to WA Metro, TAS Metro.

– 7-9 days to WA Rural, QLD Rural, TAS Rural, and NT.

Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

▪ We try to be fair and accurate with all products and descriptions. Please read descriptions carefully or contact us before making any purchases.

▪ Items for exchange or refund must be returned within 28 days with original package.

  1. If customer changes mind and chooses to return or exchange item, postage is not refundable and refund is given for the cost of item only, customer is responsible for return and redelivery postage. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
  2. If item is faulty, we will resend the replacement or issue the refund, postage is on us.
