Delivery FAQ

Return and refund policy

We try to be fair and accurate with all products and descriptions. Please read descriptions carefully or contact us before making any purchases.

  1. Items returned for a refund must be received within 30 days in their original packaging and not used. If a customer changes their mind and chooses to return an item, postage costs and transaction fees (e.g. PayPal fee 2%, credit card surcharge 1.5%) are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the item cost only, and the customer is responsible for all return and redelivery postage
  2. If the item you are returning was sold with free shipping and no PayPal or credit card surcharge, the original freight and transaction fees we incurred (e.g. PayPal fee 2%, credit card surcharge 1.5%) will be deducted from your refund.
  3. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and, within 14 days, notify the Seller in writing of any evident defect, damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. Any other alleged defect must be reported to the Seller as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes evident. Upon such notification, the Buyer must allow the Seller reasonable access to inspect the Goods. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, and all postage costs will be covered by us.
  4. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and securely boxed to prevent damage. Failure to do so may void the refund.
  5. We do not offer exchanges and only accept returns for a refund. For new products, please place a separate order.

If you have already email us for a return request, you will be contacted soon with more information about your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) request. Our Team will provide you with more information within 1 business days, please keep an eye on your email inbox (or junk mail box) for updates from them, Please note that any items returned to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Has your RMA been approved and you have already returned your item/s?

After your RMA is approved and your item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our Returns and Warranty Team and they will be in contact to advise you of the outcome.

We ask that you allow 5-7 business days from the date that we receive your return parcel from Australia Post, for the inspection to be completed.
